At Mōegi, each bag is thoughtfully handmade, using carefully sourced materials and crafted especially for you.

As all our pieces are handmade, made to order, and produced in limited quantities, all purchases are considered final. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to review all product details, images, and descriptions before completing your purchase, as each piece is created with intention and individuality.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us at customercare@moegilabel.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
