Shipping policy

We offer flat-rate international shipping, calculated by destination. Once your order has been collected, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that transit times may vary depending on destination. 
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have left our studio.

Kindly note that at this time we are unable to ship orders to Russia, Iran, and Saudi Arabia.

PROCESSING TIME

Ready to Ship bags: Orders will begin dispatching during the second week of February.
Pre-Order: Since each bag is handmade with care, please expect your order to be delivered within 2–3 weeks. This timeline allows us to craft your bag and ensure everything is perfect before sending it your way.

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping by destination:

Middle East: €10
Europe & United Kingdom: €15
United States, Canada, Australia & Asia: €20

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Europe & Middle East: 2-5 business days  
United Kingdom: 3 – 6 business days 
United States & Canada: 4 – 7 business days  
Asia: 5 – 10 business days

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us on customercare@moegi.com and we’ll help you investigate with the courier.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Mōegi is unable to predict or control these fees. Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the customer in order to release the parcel upon delivery.
